oh my god I loved it. Great level design and so fun to explore. Backtracking was perfectly implemented, the way new abilities would speed up traversal in previous rooms. So great - please make more Metroidvanias!!
I loved the level design!! It hits the sweet spot of difficulty, not too frustrating and not too easy. I really, really liked the "ingame tutorial" where you force the player to use a mechanic right after acquiring it, to make sure that they understand it.
The only part that bothered me a bit was that in the end I got lost walking through the same rooms over and over again. Maybe if it had a map or a goal indicator it would be less frustrating.
The music works very well to set a chill mood and the art is simple but awesome!
This game is brutally hard... had fun for a bit, but I gave up. I can't pull of the timing on some of the robot levels. I'll leave it for the pros! Nice game though! I did enjoy it!
